Letter to the Editor

Editor,

The Gravette Days Committee would like to thank those who contributed to making Gravette Days 2014 successful. Support for this year's event spanned the entire community. Many persistently worked to make Gravette Days' return to Kindley Park noteworthy. Thank you to all the attendees, participants and volunteers who helped to make the 121st Annual Gravette Days a special time of celebration.

John Gregson

2014 Gravette Days Chairperson

Editor,

While Gravette was a fun and exuberant day for many people, busy on main street or in Kindley Park, it was just as exciting on the Gravette Museum grounds where the Dutch-oven cook off was taking place. The successful event would not have been possible without the sponsors who provided both prize money and raffle items, and we were sorry that many of them were too busy to make it to the delicious public tasting.

The Gravette Museum Commission gratefully thanks Arvest Bank, Austin Drug, Bank of Gravett, Back Country Taxidermy, Benton County Realty, Cabelas, Coleman Camping, Country View Animal Care, Dr. Leonard DDS, Dr. Ty Russell Chiropractic, Insul-Bead Corp., Lewis and Clark Outfitters, Lindsey of Shabby Chic, Massage by Kristen, MDX Group Inc., Metal Building Supply, Outdoor Cap, Smith Sign and Design, Steve Mitchael, Teasley Drug and The Pawn Shop.

Appreciatively,

Allyson Ransom
