GRAVETTE -- Gravette High School DECA (An Association of Marketing Students) students attended the Arkansas Fall Leadership Conference on Oct. 6. The conference was held at the Bentonville High School performing arts center.

During the conference students attended three workshops and listened to speakers and entrepreneurs from around northwest Arkansas. There were 26 Gravette students in attendance.

Each student took a pre-state competition test from one of the five categories: Marketing, Finance, Business Management, Business Administration and Hospitality. Miranda Mendoza received sixth place in Business Administration and Carson King received first place in Finance.
