Monday: Turkey Tetrazzini, California blend vegetables, sourdough bread, tropical fruit.
Tuesday: Rotisserie chicken, seasoned butter beans, zucchini & tomatoes, bread, chess square.
Wednesday: Pizza, garden salad, breadstick, orange zephyr whip.
Thursday: Christmas dinner: Baked ham w/pineapple, sweet potato casserole, broccoli casserole, Waldorf salad, roll, coconut cake.
Friday: Crab cakes, scalloped potatoes, spinach, bread, tapioca pudding.
Meals at Center are served with choice of 2% milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available. Gentry Menus were not available.
