GUE Spelling Bee Winners

Second place (alternate) was Hollyn Hutcheson of Gravette, daughter of Sarah and Jason Maxwell. These two girls, shown with their trophies, beat out 34 other contestants in the school spelling bee. They will compete in the county spelling bee Jan. 17 in White Auditorium at Northwest Arkansas Community College. The winner of that bee will advance to the state spelling bee at the University of Central Arkansas.
