The sunshine was nice Sunday although the wind was a little cool. We are almost in March. "Spring is just around the corner."
Carroll Tucker and Pam visited Jack and Sylvia Tucker Sunday afternoon and were going to have supper with them.
Maysville E.H. Club members, this Thursday is club day. We will meet at the community building. Orpha Wardlaw is hostess for the lunch. Visitors are welcome.
Orpha Wardlaw's daughter, Christi Wardlaw of Little Rock, and her sister, Jo Pettigrew of Oklahoma City, have been visiting her. They came to church with Orpha.
Steve Tucker led the morning services at the Maysville Bible Church Sunday. He and his wife Susan gave an update on their ministry and how it is growing and reaching out in the Wilmot area. They showed a lot of pictures, including ones showing progress on some of the old buildings that are still in use.
Patti King and Petru of Lowell visited Jack and Sylvia Tucker over the weekend. Her grandson Tyler Martin was there. Tracy Warren also came by.
