Week of Jan. 27 - 31
Monday: Chicken tenders w/cream gravy on side, fried okra, corn, biscuit, chunky fruit w/cookie.
Tuesday: Baked ham, macaroni & cheese, stewed tomatoes, cornbread, pineapple upside down cake.
Wednesday: Beef chop suey, fluffy rice, Oriental vegetables, egg roll, fortune cookie, mandarin orange Jell-O.
Thursday: Minestrone soup w/crackers, egg salad sandwich, Caesar salad, tropical fruit.
Friday: Polish sausage w/sauerkraut, baby baker potatoes, buttered squash, sourdough bread, brownie.
Meals at Center are served with choice of 2% milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.

Thursday: Italian baked chicken, scalloped potatoes, seasoned greens, bread, cook's choice dessert.
Friday: Frankfurter on bun, baked beans, potato salad, mango sherbet.
