Jordan Rager, just 20, is a singer and songwriter from Loganville, Ga. And music is his passion!

His appearance on the Voice, an NBC television show, thrust him into the national spotlight. He was selected to be on Team Blake Shelton, who described Jordan as a "sure-fire country star in the making." Shelton called him "the most genuine country artist to come across the stage in two seasons on the Voice."

The son of a preacher and oldest of three boys, Jordan grew up singing in church. When he was just 14, he stepped out onto his first stage to perform country music, and he was immediately hooked. As part of the Georgia Country Gospel Music Association, Jordan performed and competed on local and national levels, winning national awards for both his performance and songwriting, including three consecutive Entertainer of the Year Awards.

Jordan continues to forge his own sound and style that is capturing the interest and hearts of fans across the country. Jordan writes and sings about life and growing up in his small town of Loganville.

In 2012, Jordan released an independent CD titled "Burning Gasoline," which included 12 original songs, many of which have been played on Backyard Country on Atlanta's 94.9 The Bull.

Jordan has many musical influences, ranging from Jason Aldean, Brantley Gilbert and Alan Jackson to Lynyrd Skynyrd and AC/DC; but country music is his first love.

Jordan plays at bars, clubs and festivals all over Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida and Alabama. He has his own band and he also performs acoustic shows. He has shared the stage with such national country acts as Kip Moore, Casey James, Love & Theft, Gretchen Wilson, Bo Bice and David Allen Coe. His fan base includes loyal followers from all over the U.S., as well as Canada, Australia, the Netherlands, Indonesia and beyond.
