A relatively newcomer to the Decatur Barbecue is the car show. Car enthusiasts and restoration experts from all over Northwest Arkansas attend the Decatur exhibit to show off their work and talk shop.

The show is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. and run through 3 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 2, at Veterans Park, on the west edge of town on Arkansas Highway 102.

Awards will be given to the top 20 vehicles. Judging will begin at noon. Cars will be judged for best car of show, best truck of show, and judges' choice.

Registration is $10, payable on the day of the show.

If you have a classic, custom, modified car or truck, plan on showing it off at the Decatur Barbecue 11th Annual Car Show.
