Week of Aug. 1 - 8
Friday: Chicken salad & pimento cheese on lettuce leaf, saltine crackers, cottage cheese w/tomato slices, fresh fruit & cookie.
Monday: Hamburger & hash brown casserole, green beans, Harvard beets, bread, tropical fruit.
Tuesday: Pulled pork on bun, baked beans, fire roasted vegetables, apple slices w/grapes.
Wednesday: Shrimp Louie salad, kidney bean salad, cottage cheese, saltine crackers, blueberries & bananas.
Thursday: Beef tips w/gravy, roasted new potatoes, peas & carrots, bread, fruit cocktail cake.
Friday: Grilled chicken breast on bun w/lettuce, tomato and dill pickle spear, macaroni salad, coleslaw, watermelon.
Meals at Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
Gentry menus were not yet available at press time on Tuesday.
