Drivers ed classes start April 14

GRAVETTE -- Students at Gravette High School who wish to enroll in driver's education and driving instruction class still have time to sign up. Applications are still available at the high school office.

Classes will start Monday, April 14, and continue through May 28 at 7 a.m. in the high school health room. Driving days will begin on June 1 after school and continue until sometime in early July.

Each student must complete six hours of driving and six hours of riding, and students may select their driving times/dates when classes start.

Kevin Cole is instructor for the classes. He has listed the following requirements: Students must have a driver's permit or license and proof of insurance. Only two missed classes are allowed. Cost is $175, and payment must be made in advance. Approval of the parent/guardian of the student is required.
