Mr. and Mrs. Robert Hamilton have been in Atlanta, Ga., attending a reunion of Robert's Army buddies.

We send sympathy to the Shaver family for their loss.

Sympathy is extended to the Martin family. Robert was well-known in the area.

Mr. and Mrs. Lofty Carrier, Jessica, Madison and Serenity were in Norman, Okla., on Sunday, visiting with their daughter and aunt, Lamarise Carrier.

As I traveled the road the last day or two, it was amazing how many cars you meet with their wipers on but no lights on. Almost as many you meet who do have their lights on have one headlight burned out.

Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Sandlin have returned home after a trip to Texas to welcome a new grandson.

Those enjoying lunch with Mr. and Mrs. Ward Carrier and Gabe on Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. Brian Carrier, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Brooks, Mr. and Mrs. Skylar Carrier and myself.

Be sure and keep the Habermehl family in your prayers. Bill is still a patient in ICU at the Bentonville hospital.

I had almost six inches of rain at my house from Thursday night till Sunday afternoon. It brought some cooler temps which I do not welcome.
