Wednesday: Swiss steak w/tomato gravy, black-eyed peas, seasoned greens, bread, pudding.
Thursday: Smoked sausage, new potatoes, sauerkraut, cornbread, fruited gelatin.
Friday: Baked chicken, new potatoes, broccoli w/cheese, biscuit, cook's choice dessert.
GRAVETTE
Monday: Beef stroganoff over noodles, broccoli, garden salad, roll, pistachio pudding.
Tuesday: Potato soup, saltine crackers, turkey & cheese on croissant w/lettuce & tomato, chunky fruit cup.
Wednesday: Herb baked chicken, hash brown casserole, peas & pearl onions, roll, birthday cake.
Thursday: Polish sausage & sauerkraut, scalloped potatoes, stewed tomatoes, rosy applesauce.
Friday: Halloween -- Ghoulish goulash, mixed vegetables, bread, dirt cake.
Meals at Center served with choice of orange juice, 2 percent milk, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
