For or Against?

Photo by Randy Moll Signs like this one at the Flint Creek Nature Area were put up by the city of Gentry on city property where recent improvements have been made. The ballot measure to increase city sales and use tax is being promoted as a tax increase to fund city improvement projects though the ordinance only specifies that the additional revenue raised will go into the city’s general fund. The signs have since been moved to private property so as to allow equal opportunity to those opposing the tax to post signs — something they might not have been able to do on public property.
