Monday: BBQ brisket, baked beans, potato salad, roll, poke cake.
Tuesday: Dijon crusted pork loin, steamed cabbage, black-eyed peas, cornbread, spiced apples.
Wednesday: Taco salad, refried beans, corn relish, tropical fruit.
Thursday: Sliced turkey w/gravy, baked sweet potato, steamed broccoli, roll, fruit yogurt.
Friday: Grilled chicken on bun w/lettuce, tomato & dill pickle spear, spinach salad, strawberries & bananas.
Meals at Center served with choice of orange juice, 2% milk, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.

Thursday: Chicken patty on bun w/lettuce, tomato, onion, baked beans, spiced peaches.
Friday: Frito pie w/lettuce, tomato, cheese, chili, seasoned corn, ambrosia cup.
