Spay or neuter your pets

Thank you to Dodie Evans for his March 25 submittal in Off the Cuff, an article about personal experiences with stray cats. As an owner of five cats, four of which were dumped as babies on the roadside, I am especially aware of feline neglect problems everywhere.

Please spay or neuter your cats and take care of them. If you do so already, then please tell your friends or families to do the same. Besides taking pets to our great local vets, the NWA Spay Clinic is an area resource available for pets belonging to any individuals who have low incomes and need special assistance with their cats and dogs.
