Senior Center Menus

For Week of Aug. 10 - 14

GENTRY

Monday: Sliced pork with gravy, new potatoes, Harvard beets, bread, cook's choice dessert.

Tuesday: Chicken spaghetti, garden salad with summer veggies and Italian dressing, garlic bread, escalloped apples.

Wednesday: Soft beef taco with lettuce, tomato and cilantro, Spanish rice, spicy pinto beans, fruit.

Thursday: Crunchy baked fish, potato wedges, coleslaw, hushpuppies, spiced peaches.

Friday: Smothered steak, au gratin potatoes, buttered carrots, bread, orange zephyr whip.

GRAVETTE

Monday: BBQ chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, biscuit, strawberry shortcake.

Tuesday: Sliced ham, macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes, bread, spiced apples.

Wednesday: Lemon baked tilapia, garden rice, broccoli, roll, lemon pudding.

Thursday: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, roll, blonde brownie.

Friday: Polish sausage and sauerkraut, fried potatoes, creamy cucumber and onion salad, bread, apricots with whipped topping.

Meals at the Center are served with 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
