Week of Dec. 7-11

Gentry

Monday: Beef stew, coleslaw, cornbread, fruit cup, cookie.

Tuesday: Chef salad with ham, hard boiled egg, cheese, tomato, honey mustard dressing, assorted crackers, fruit cup.

Wednesday: Soft beef taco, seasoned rice and pinto beans with cilantro, orange sherbet.

Thursday: Potato crisp fish, seasoned potato wedges, Harvard beets, hushpuppies, cook's choice dessert.

Friday: Santa Fe pork, buttered noodles, spicy carrots, roll, mandarin orange fluff.

Gravette

Monday: Beef stew, garden salad, cornbread, chunky fruit medley.

Tuesday: Herb baked chicken, hash brown casserole, broccoli, roll, cherry pie.

Wednesday: Fried catfish, pinto beans, coleslaw, tomato relish, hushpuppies, lemon pudding.

Thursday: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, roll, blonde brownie.

Friday: Chicken strips with cream gravy, au gratin potatoes, fried okra, biscuit, fruited Jell-O.

Meals at Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
