Week of Dec. 14-18

Gravette

Monday: Chicken and dumplings, peas and carrots, Harvard beets, biscuit, tapioca pudding.

Tuesday: Beef fajitas, Spanish rice, black bean and corn relish, tropical fruit.

Wednesday: Sausage, scrambled eggs, country potatoes, biscuit and gravy, yogurt.

Thursday: Tater tot casserole, mixed vegetables, bread, poke cake.

Friday: Christmas Dinner -- Sliced ham with pineapple, sweet potato casserole, broccoli rice casserole, tossed salad, roll, coconut cream dessert.

Meals at Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.

Gentry

Monday: Beef taco salad with lettuce, tomato, cilantro, onion, cheese and corn chips, strawberries, vanilla ice cream.

Tuesday: Christmas Dinner -- Sliced ham, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, Waldorf salad, hot roll, pecan pie with topping.

Wednesday: Chicken tenders, scalloped potatoes, green peas with pimento, biscuit, emerald pears.

Thursday: Smoked sausage, sauerkraut, O'Brien potatoes, calico corn, bread, tropical fruit.

Friday: Philly potato with beef and broccoli, bread, hot spiced peaches, ranger cookie.
