Mother Nature reminded us that it is still winter.

Word has been received here that Dorene Wills of Jenks, Okla., is recovering from surgery. Dorene is a former resident of the area and is well remembered by many friends here. Keep her in your prayers.

Mr. and Mrs. Don Wall have returned home after spending a few days in Missouri, relaxing at Branson and visiting Barbara's sister.

Family members enjoyed lunch with Mr. and Mrs. Lofty Carrier on Sunday.

We have had a bitter week, weather wise, and everyone seems to be doing just the chores that need to be done.
