GRAVETTE
Monday: Ham salad on croissant, broccoli soup, saltine crackers, fruit salad.
Tuesday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, roll, banana pudding.
Wednesday: Sliced turkey, dressing with gravy, cauliflower, roll, pineapple upside down cake.
Thursday: Beef stroganoff over noodles, okra and tomatoes, bread, chocolate pie.
Friday: Grilled chicken on bun with lettuce and tomato, dill pickle spear, baked beans, potato salad, watermelon.
Meals at Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
GENTRY
Monday: Beef stew, cucumber and tomato salad, cornbread, cookie.
Tuesday: Oven fried chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, green peas with pimento, roll, pineapple tidbits.
Wednesday: Chef's salad, ranch dressing, assorted crackers, apricots, oatmeal raisin cookie.
Thursday: Glazed baked ham, sweet potatoes, seasoned Lima beans, roll, pumpkin crunch dessert.
Friday: Smothered steak, mashed potatoes, seasoned cabbage, bread, cook's choice dessert.
