Kari Hamilton, recruiter at ServiceXpress Staffing, 101 Birmingham Street, S.E., says the firm is now hiring for poultry production jobs in Decatur. There are several openings at this time.
Job applicants are evaluated and ServiceXpress makes recommendations as to where they would best fit in the company. If the job seeker is not eligible for Simmons, their application will be kept on file and held until another job opening comes up.
The local ServiceXpress Staffing office opened about two months ago. It is a branch of the main office in Siloam Springs, which opened in April. There is also an office in Springdale. The firm's corporate office is in Delaware.
Hamilton, the local recruiter, had previous experience in the employment field but said her former job was very stressful. She was delighted when this job came up because it allowed her to come back home after several years living out of state.
Kari was a 2002 graduate of Gravette High School. She graduated in 2014 from Indian Capital Technology Center in Stilwell, Okla., with certification in business management and administration.
Hamilton welcomes the opportunity to match local applicants with their ideal job.
