GENTRY
Monday: Santa Fe pork, buttered penne pasta, spicy carrots, garlic bread, mandarin orange fluff.
Tuesday: Beef tips with brown gravy, egg noodles, Tuscan vegetables, bread stick, strawberries and peaches.
Wednesday: Chef's salad (with ham, turkey, hard boiled egg, tomato, cheese), ranch dressing, assorted crackers, fruit, oatmeal raisin cookie.
Thursday: Cheeseburger on bun, baked beans, lettuce, tomato, onion, potato salad, tangerine.
Friday: Beef pepper steak, garlic mashed potatoes, Capri vegetables, roll, pudding.
GRAVETTE
Monday: Sliced ham, macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes, bread, watermelon.
Tuesday: Chicken enchilada bake, Spanish rice, refried beans, vanilla pudding.
Wednesday: Beef pot roast, roasted potatoes, carrots, roll, birthday cake.
Thursday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, Caesar salad, bread stick, peaches.
Friday: Pulled pork on bun, potato salad, coleslaw, fruited Jell-O.
Meals at Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
