We sure got some winter weather, snow Friday and Saturday and the temperature was rather cold. It melted some Sunday but still have a lot to go yet. May be more on the way the middle of the week.

Orpha Wardlaw attended a curtain call workshop for the E. H. Club on Friday in Bentonville. She will bring the lesson to club later.

Carroll Tucker and Pam visited Jack and Sylvia Tucker one day last week.

Gary and Gwen Singleton's grandson, Tanner Singleton of Colorado, visited them last week. They all enjoyed the time together.

Patti King of Lowell visited Jack and Sylvia Tucker on Friday and spent the night with them. She went to Ronnie and Debbie Sims' home on Saturday, spent the night and returned home on Sunday.

Clifton Tucker of Bella Vista came by a while on Friday before the snow moved in. He did a couple of errands for me before he left.

Neil Singleton of Colorado flew in to visit his parents, Gary and Gwen Singleton, and to attend the funeral of his friend Bill Emmanuel of Sulphur Springs.

Mark your calendar for April 11, for the Maysville E.H. Club fundraiser. We are selling tickets for a gas grill to be raffled off. It has been used a little but is cleaned and ready to go. The tickets are $1 each or six for $5. The drawing for the grill will be on the evening of our fundraiser-spaghetti dinner. We will also have a cake walk and homemade pies for sale. The proceeds go for the upkeep of the community building.

Mica Pinales of Centerton, a grandson of Gary and Gwen Singleton, spent some time with them last week. They all enjoyed the time together.

My great-granddaughter, Skyler Warren, visited me Sunday afternoon and ran some errands for me. It sure is nice to have them close by. Her daddy, Byron, ran some errands for me on Saturday.

Carma Tucker came by after work one day last week and visited about an hour. We sure had a good visit. She brought me a jar of honey my nephew Wayne Tucker sent me.
