Lady Lions defeated by Lady Cards in Farmington during play last week

GRAVETTE -- Gravette's Lady Lions lost 15-1 to Farmington in play at Farmington on Thursday.

The Farmington Lady Cards blew the game open in their first at bat, picking up 11 of their 15 runs in the bottom of the first.

Megan McAfee pounded a triple into right field in the second inning and crossed the plate for Gravette's only run when Abbi Krewson hit a sacrifice grounder to the pitcher.

Lindsee LaBrecque was charged with the loss. She allowed 15 runs in four innings, walked one and struck out one.
