DECATUR -- The Decatur Bulldog varsity football team traveled south to Magazine to take on the Leftwich Rattlers Nov. 6.
The Rattlers scored first on a pass play in the first quarter. Leftwich later scored on a Decatur fumble, taking a 12 to 0 lead at halftime.
The Bulldog defense held the Rattlers scoreless throughout the entire second half. However, the offense was unable to put points on the scoreboard. Magazine defeated Decatur, 12 to 0, ending the Bulldogs' 2015 football season.
The Decatur Bulldogs finished their season with a 1 and 8 overall record and 1 and 6 in conference play.
