Week of Oct. 12-16

Gentry

Monday: Vegetable beef soup with crackers, 1/2 pimento cheese or tuna salad sandwich, rosy applesauce, vanilla wafers.

Tuesday: Roasted chicken, baked new potatoes, Brussels sprouts, bread, cookie.

Wednesday: Beef tips with gravy, rotini noodles, green beans, biscuit, pineapple orange cup.

Thursday: Chicken fajitas (with peppers, onions, cilantro and cheese), pinto beans, Spanish rice, flour tortilla, apricots.

Friday: Swiss steak with tomato, black-eyed peas, turnip greens, bread, banana pudding with topping.

Gravette

Monday: Chicken pot pie, cucumber, tomato and onion salad, chunky fruit medley.

Tuesday: Shake and bake pork chop, creamed spinach, au gratin potatoes, bread, pumpkin crunch dessert.

Wednesday: Manicotti with meat sauce, broccoli salad, garlic bread, chess square.

Thursday: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, green beans, roll, strawberries and bananas.

Friday: Chicken Caesar salad wrap, potato soup, saltine crackers, blond brownie.

Meals at Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
