Maysville News

We are having nice fall weather, only we still need rain. We had a little shower one evening last week but we need a lot more.

We had a fellowship dinner Sunday at Maysville Bible Church and also celebrated the birthday of a young guy at church. There was plenty of good food and fellowship. Happy birthday, Josh. Hope you have many more.

Patti King of Lowell visited her parents, Jack and Sylvia Tucker, one day last week.

Gwen Singleton attended a lesson at the extension office in Bentonville on Friday. She will bring the lesson to club meeting this month.

Memorial graveside services were held Sunday afternoon for Bob Slaughter from Rogers. He was the husband of Shirley Tucker Slaughter. Sympathy is extended to the family.

I had a good phone visit Sunday afternoon from a cousin in Arizona. She said they were very much in need of rain also.
