WESTSIDE -- Pickin' Time on 59 will be held Oct. 8-10. The event will feature yard sales, collectibles and antiques and extend from the airport in Siloam Springs through Gentry, Decatur, Gravette, Sulphur Springs and to the Missouri-Arkansas line.
All residents and businesses are encouraged to set up booths, sales and activities during the three-day event.

Any vendors who wish to participate in the Gravette area may set up booths in the old Marvin's parking lot. This is open to all vendors but cars for sale are not allowed. Anyone with questions may call 479-344-6464.
Signs promoting the event are available from the Gentry Chamber of Commerce. The signs were designed for participants to post in their yards. The dates of participation can be taped onto the signs, making them reusable each year. Addresses or arrows could also be taped onto the signs. The 12 by 18 inch signs are $5 each and the 18 by 24 inch signs are $10 each. They can be obtained at the Chamber of Commerce office, 212 East Main Street, Gentry, on Mondays, Tuesdays or Thursdays.
