Monday: Hot open-faced turkey sandwich, baked sweet potato, broccoli, oatmeal-cranberry-walnut cookie.
Tuesday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, cauliflower, garlic bread, peaches.
Wednesday: Pork chop supreme, scalloped potatoes, seasoned greens, cornbread, cherry cake.
Thursday: Fried catfish, pinto beans, onion slice, coleslaw, hush puppies, lemon square.
Friday: Steak fingers with cream gravy, macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes, bread, brownie.
Meals at Center are served with orange juice, 2 percent milk, buttermilk, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.

Monday: Vegetable beef soup with crackers, one-half pimento cheese or tuna salad sandwich, rosy applesauce, vanilla wafers.
Tuesday: Roasted chicken, baked new potatoes, Brussels sprouts, bread, cookie.
Wednesday: Beef tips with gravy, rotini noodles, green beans, biscuit, pineapple-orange cup.
Thursday: Chicken fajitas (with peppers, onions, cilantro, cheese), pinto beans, Spanish rice, flour tortilla, apricots.
Friday: Swiss steak with tomato, black-eyed peas, turnip greens, bread, banana pudding with topping.
