Elliott receives Second Century Scholars award

Coleman Elliott, of Centerton, has received a Second Century Scholars award from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, beginning with the fall 2016 semester. Coleman, the son of Scott and Cassie Elliott, is a senior at Lifeway Christian School and will be majoring in business.

Coleman attended Boys State and is vice-president of the National Honor Society. He participates in cross country and has twice won the award for most improved runner. He has also won awards for Christian leadership and Christian spirit. He is a lifetime member of the Tired Iron Antique Tractor Club. In January, 2016, he was chosen as employee of the month at Walmart Store #4686.
