New 2016 Benton County Plat Book now available for purchase at Bank of Gravett

GRAVETTE -- Who owns Benton County? Thousands of people have a piece of it, and they are listed in the new plat book published by the Bank of Gravett with Mapping Solutions. The 2016 book is available for purchase for $40 at any Bank of Gravett location in Gravette, Hiwasse or Centerton. Premium wall maps are also available. This 92-page spiral-bound book features the landownership maps showing the townships and ranges of Benton County. These maps include the property boundaries for all rural parcels within the township, the name of the owner and the number of acres owned. Also, there is a handy landowner index for easy cross referencing.

In this 2016 edition, you will find the current list of Benton County government officials, a county road map and road index, as well as a new feature of the index, the initialed parcels in Benton County for reference. And, as an added bonus, there is an explanation of the public land survey system. Mapping Solutions is the publisher.
