Priority violations:

• Server did not wash hands prior to putting on a glove to handle tortillas.

• Dishwasher did not wash hands between handling dirty dishes and clean dishes. Train dishwasher employees on proper handwashing.

• Items in the salad prep cooler were not being held at 41°F or below.

• Hot dogs and tomatoes in the meat prep table were not at 41°F or below.

• Food items checked in the walk-in were not at 41°F or below.

• No date marking on food as needed. Hot dogs especially need to have a date mark.

• Spray bottle of window cleaner and all purpose cleaner stored next to food items and food containers. Corrected.

Nonpriority violations:

• When refilling customers' drink glasses they must be refilled in a way to prevent contamination to the scoop by not allowing ice to drop back into the ice bin.

• Clean behind/under three-compartment sink. Wall is no longer in good condition.

• Floor in kitchen and dish area is no longer in good condition.
