For Week of December 12-16

Monday: Chicken enchilada bake, Spanish rice, corn and black bean salad, lemon pudding.

Tuesday: Christmas dinner -- Sliced ham, sweet potato, green bean casserole, Waldorf salad, hot roll, pecan pie with topping.

Wednesday: Popcorn shrimp, fluffy rice, mixed vegetables, wheat roll, fruit fluff.

Thursday: BBQ beef on whole wheat bun, hot potato salad, roasted carrots, romaine salad with dressing, strawberries and peaches.

Friday: Beef steak fingers, cream gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, Capri vegetables, wheat bread, cinnamon pears.

2 percent milk included with each meal

Friday breakfast (8-9:30 a.m.): Biscuits and gravy, sausage, hash browns, yogurt.

Friday: Christmas dinner -- Glazed ham, sweet potato casserole, broccoli and cheese casserole, cranberry salad, roll, coconut cream dessert.

Meals at Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
