For Week of Feb. 8-12

Gentry

Monday: Baked glazed ham, macaroni and cheese, Harvard beets, roll, fruit cup.

Tuesday: Ham and pinto beans, tomatoes and okra, cornbread, spiced peaches.

Wednesday: Beef taco salad with lettuce, tomato, cheese, onion and corn chips, strawberries, vanilla ice cream.

Thursday: Battered cod, tartar sauce, sweet potato fries, broccoli with cheese, hush puppies, oatmeal raisin cookie.

Friday: Cheeseburger on bun with lettuce, tomato, pickle, potato chips, baked beans, orange zephyr whip.

Gravette

Monday: Beef stew, tossed salad, cornbread, chunky fruit medley.

Tuesday: Creamed chicken over biscuit, baby baker potatoes, mixed vegetables, poke cake.

Wednesday: Polish sausage and sauerkraut, roasted new potatoes, zucchini, bread, tapioca pudding.

Thursday: Scrambled eggs, sausage gravy over biscuit, hash browns, melon mix.

Friday: Valentine's dinner -- Chicken parmesan, broccoli salad, bread stick, strawberry Bavarian cream dessert.

Meals at Center are served with 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
