Week of February 22-26

Gentry

Monday: King Ranch chicken, pinto beans, Mexican corn, bread, pineapple upside down cake.

Tuesday: Chili with beans, crackers, coleslaw, mandarin oranges.

Wednesday: Smothered pork chop, garden blend rice, Brussels sprouts, roll, orange zephyr whip.

Thursday: Stuffed baked potato with beef, broccoli and cheese, green peas, bread, cherry cobbler.

Friday: Chicken and dumplings, peas and carrots, Harvard beets, bread, escalloped apples.

Gravette

Monday: Ham and beans, stewed tomatoes, cornbread, strawberries and bananas.

Tuesday: Roast beef, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, roll, brownie.

Wednesday: Chicken and dumplings, Harvard beets, Caesar salad, birthday cake.

Thursday: Glazed pork chop, black-eyed peas, carrots, biscuit, apple crisp.

Friday: Grilled chicken on bun with lettuce and tomato, pasta salad, cottage cheese with pear half, cookie.

Meals at Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
