Monday: Swiss steak, baked potato casserole, Brussels sprouts, roll, pears.
Tuesday: Sliced ham, macaroni and cheese, spinach, bread, applesauce bar.
Wednesday. Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, green beans, roll, German chocolate cake.
Thursday: Chicken strips, fried okra, creamed corn, bread, apricots with whipped topping.
Friday: Tortilla soup, saltine crackers, pimento cheese sandwich, Jell-O with fruit.
Meals at Center are served with 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
