Monday: Chicken and vegetable frittata with chicken, egg, cheese, zucchini, onion, yellow squash, tomato and bell pepper, whole wheat bread, ambrosia.
Tuesday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, seasoned vegetables, garlic bread, mixed berries.
Wednesday: Cajun chicken salad (chopped romaine, cheese, tomato, onion, black olive, carrot, zucchini, yellow squash, lettuce, sliced chicken, cajun spice), 3-bean salad, zogurt cup.
Thursday: Sliced ham, sweet potato, steamed veggies, wheat roll, fruit, pecan cobbler.
Friday: Chicken ala king over whole wheat biscuit, broccoli with cheese, mandarin oranges and cherries.
2 percent milk included with each meal
Gravette
Monday: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, roll, German chocolate cake.
Tuesday: Spaghetti with meat sauce, Italian blend vegetables, garlic bread, mixed berries.
Wednesday: Cajun chicken salad, three bean salad, saltine crackers, yogurt.
Thursday: Sliced ham, sweet potatoes, peas, wheat roll, blackberry cobbler.
Friday: Chicken ala king over biscuit, broccoli salad, mandarin oranges and pineapple.
Meals at Center are served with 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
