Week of June 20-24

Gentry

Monday: Buttered cod wedge, fiesta corn, Harvard beets, whole wheat bread, pineapple tidbits.

Tuesday: Chicken and dumplings, seasoned vegetables, hot spiced fruit, cornbread, lemon bar.

Wednesday: Sub sandwich (ham, turkey, Swiss, lettuce, tomato, pickle), baked potato chips, baked beans, whole wheat bun, melon slices.

Thursday: Meatloaf with brown gravy, mashed potatoes, zucchini and tomatoes, fresh apple slices, chocolate brownie.

Friday: Chicken kale color crunch salad, three bean salad, fresh fruit cup.

2 percent milk included with each meal

Gravette

Monday: Battered cod wedge, Harvard beets, corn, bread, pineapple.

Tuesday: Chicken and dumplings, green beans, cornbread, lemon bar.

Wednesday: Submarine sandwich with lettuce and tomato, dill pickle spear, macaroni salad, baked Lays potato chips, cantaloupe.

Thursday: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, zucchini and tomatoes, roll, brownie.

Friday: Chicken kale color crunch salad, three bean salad, saltine crackers, fruit cup.

Meals at Center are served with 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
