Monday: Submarine sandwich, three bean salad, carrot and celery sticks with ranch dressing, chocolate pudding.
Tuesday: Roast beef, au gratin potatoes, peas and pearl onions, wheat bread, mixed fruit cup.
Wednesday: Navy beans and ham, tossed salad, cornbread, peach cobbler.
Thursday: Cheeseburger on whole wheat bun with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles, baked potato chips, mixed melon.
Friday: Chicken enchilada bake, Spanish rice, pinto beans, orange slices.
Meals at Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
