Monday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, cream gravy, zucchini and tomatoes, whole wheat bread, tropical fruit.
Tuesday: Beef tips with egg noodles, brown gravy, Tuscan blend veggies, bread stick, lemon bar.
Wednesday: Pork fritter, yams, steamed cabbage, wheat bread, apricots with cherries.
Thursday: Chicken and dumplings, three bean salad, spinach salad, wheat roll, chocolate pudding.
Friday: Crunchy baked fish, oven baked potato wedges, pinto beans, cucumber and tomato salad, seasonal fresh fruit.
Gravette
Monday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, zucchini and tomatoes, bread, tropical fruit.
Tuesday: Beef tips with gravy over noodles, Tuscan blend vegetables, bread stick, lemon bar.
Wednesday: Pork fritter, sweet potatoes, steamed cabbage, bread, apricots with whipped topping.
Thursday: Chicken and dumplings, three bean salad, spinach salad, wheat roll, chocolate pudding.
Friday: Crunchy baked fish, potato wedges, pinto beans, cucumber and tomato salad, cornbread, fresh fruit.
Meals at Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
