Week of May 9-13

Gentry

Monday: Broccoli and cheese soup, turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato, fruit cup, brownie.

Tuesday: Baked fish, black-eyed peas, sliced beets, wheat roll, pineapple and cottage cheese.

Wednesday: King Ranch chicken casserole, new potatoes, zucchini and tomatoes, fresh apple wedges.

Thursday: Ham and beans, turnips or mixed greens, cornbread, tropical fruit cup.

Friday: Unstuffed cabbage roll, buttered corn, applesauce, cookie.

Gravette

Monday: Broccoli and cheese soup, turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato, fruit cup, brownie.

Tuesday: Baked fish, black-eyed peas, sliced beets, wheat roll, pineapple.

Wednesday: King Ranch chicken, roasted new potatoes, zucchini and tomatoes, bread, apple wedges.

Thursday: Ham and beans, seasoned greens, cornbread, tropical fruit.

Friday: Unstuffed cabbage roll, buttered corn, roll, applesauce, cookie.

Meals at Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
