Siloam Springs

• Matthew Don Acuff, 29, of 21405 W. Arkansas 102 in Decatur, was arrested Friday in connection with second-degree domestic battery. Acuff was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Jason Michael James, 42, of 1280 Pioneer Lane in Gentry, was arrested Thursday in connection with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and violating parole. James was being held Friday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Sean Eugene Gifford, 38, of 2000 Round Top Road in Sulphur Springs, was arrested Saturday in connection with two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and violating parole. Gifford was being held Saturday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Justin Smith, 25, of Gravette, was arrested Nov. 9 in connection with terroristic threatening. He was at the Washington County Detention Center with no bond on Nov. 9.

Sulphur Springs

• Gunner Lee Jenkins, 24, of 21418 W. Big Springs Road in Gravette, was arrested Nov. 8 in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jenkins was being held Nov. 8 at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Thomas Edward Fox, 31, of 308 Duff Ave. in Sulphur Springs, was arrested Nov. 8 in connection with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Fox was being held Nov. 8 at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
