Monday: Beef enchilada casserole, Spanish rice, refried beans, pineapple.
Tuesday: Ham and beans, spinach, cornbread, ambrosia.
Wednesday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, roll, chocolate cake.
Thursday: Cajun chicken salad, saltine crackers, vanilla yogurt.
Friday: Chili with beans with cheese and onion, tossed salad, saltine crackers, chunky fruit medley.
Meals at Center are served with choice of orange juice, 2 percent milk, buttermilk, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.

Tuesday: Country ham, sweet potato casserole, seasoned vegetables, wheat roll, ambrosia cup.
Wednesday: Cajun chicken salad, crackers, vanilla yogurt cup.
Thursday: Chicken fried steak, cream gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, chocolate sheet cake.
Friday: Chili with beans with cheese and onion, tossed salad with dressing, cornbread, fruit cocktail.
