Monday: Polish sausage, braised red cabbage, au gratin potatoes, English peas with onion, whole wheat roll, cookie.
Tuesday: Salisbury steak, baked potato, Capri vegetables, wheat roll, apricots.
Wednesday: Chicken and rice casserole, turnip greens, wheat roll, cherry crisp.
Thursday: BBQ beef on whole wheat bun, pinto beans, coleslaw, Jell-O with fruit.
Friday: Loaded baked potato soup, 1/2 ham and cheese sandwich with lettuce and tomato, fruit yogurt cup.
Gravette
Monday: Polish sausage with sauerkraut, au gratin potatoes, peas and pearl onions, bread, cookie.
Tuesday: Salisbury steak, baked potato, Capri vegetables, roll, apricots.
Wednesday: Chicken and rice casserole, turnip greens, roll, cherry pie.
Thursday: BBQ beef on bun, pinto beans, coleslaw, fruited Jell-O.
Friday: Potato soup, ham and cheese on croissant with lettuce and tomato, fruit yogurt cup.
Meals at Center are served with choice of orange juice, 2 percent milk, buttermilk, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
