Monday: Baked ham, sweet potato casserole, seasoned vegetables, bread, spiced pears.
Tuesday: Chicken and dumplings, glazed carrots, biscuit, fruit cocktail.
Wednesday: Taco salad, tropical fruit salad.
Thursday: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, roll, chess square.
Friday: Bacon, mushroom and cheese quiche, spinach salad, cherry whip.
Meals at Center are served with choice of orange juice, 2 percent milk, buttermilk, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
