Richard Lee Froman, III, of Gentry, and Kristen Ann Erter, of Westville, Okla., have announced their engagement and upcoming marriage.
The groom's parents are Rick and Connie Froman of Siloam Springs. His grandparents are Delores Cofer and the late Jim Cofer, the late Richard Froman, Sr., and the late Mary Jo Froman.
He is a graduate of John Brown University and works as an assistant branch manager for Arvest Bank. He also volunteers as a worship leader at First Assembly of God in Siloam Springs.
The bride's parents are Neil and Christie Erter (stepmother) of Westville, Okla., and the late Melissa Gallagher (mother). Grandparents are Sandra and Ernie Onstott, Bill and Elise Erter, and Jean Booker and the late Loyd Gay.
She graduated from DeKalb High School in DeKalb, Texas, and is an Oklahoma Baptist University alumni. She works as a teller at Arvest Bank and is a volunteer youth sponsor at First Assembly of God in Siloam Springs.
They plan to wed at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 8, at First Assembly of God in Siloam Springs. Gary Wheat will officiate. A reception is planned at JBU Simmons Great Hall. After their honeymoon, the couple plans to live in Gentry.
