Counselor offers thanks for parent support

Dear parents/guardians of Gravette Upper Elementary students:

G.U.E. would like to thank all of our parents who attended parent-teacher conferences this spring! We had 99 percent of parents contacted either face to face, via phone call or email to check the status of their child's educational progress. We so appreciate your support! Parents and teachers collaborating to support the learning of children are a powerful tool for student success.

Now, as a staff, we look forward to assessing our student population to see what we have learned this year. The ACT Aspire will begin with fourth grade testing from April 20 to 24, third grade from April 25 to 27 and fifth grade from April 28 to May 2. Please make sure your child is well-fed, well-rested, at school on time and ready to go on those dates so he or she can shine.

Thank you all for a great school year. We are already making big plans for the 2017-20178 school year and have high hopes for an amazing year with your children.
