Health Inspections

Information is from state Health Department records. Restaurants are listed in order of inspection date. All reports are from regular food service inspections unless otherwise noted. Critical violations are defined as items relating directly to factors that lead to food-borne illness and must be corrected immediately. Noncritical violations are defined as items that relate to maintenance of food operations and cleanliness.

Critical violations: Drain pan under back three-compartment sink has excessive amount of food and other items; must be cleaned out more frequently to prevent accumulation of food and debris.

Noncritical violations: Condensation leak in walk-in freezer (repeat violation). Grout wearing away in area around fryers, ice machine and front-line three-compartment sink, which allows standing water and food debris to remain in cracks between tiles; floor cannot be easily cleaned (repeat violation).

Critical violations: Provide hand-washing sinks as necessary for convenient use by employees in food preparation and ware-washing areas, toilet rooms; currently no hand washing sink in ware-washing room, install sink during remodel process. Trays of raw hamburger stored on shelf above unopened pickle buckets.

Noncritical violations: Condensation leak in freezer; missing plugs in ceiling inside walk-in freezer.
