Week of August 7 - 11

Gentry

Monday: Turkey breast, potatoes with gravy, green beans, cheese garlic bread, fresh fruit.

Tuesday: Beef tips with gravy, bowtie pasta, zucchini and tomatoes, bread, pound cake with fruit topping.

Wednesday: Santa Fe pork, potatoes and onions, black-eye peas, whole wheat roll, vanilla yogurt cup.

Thursday: Teriyaki chicken, rice pilaf with Oriental vegetables, whole wheat bread, orange whip dessert, fortune cookie.

Friday: Fried catfish with tartar sauce, potato wedges, green tomato relish, sweet corn nuggets, dessert.

Gravette

Monday: Hamburger steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, glazed carrots, corn, bread, Jell-O with fruit

Tuesday: Ham, sweet potato casserole, mixed vegetables, roll, cookie

Wednesday: Chef salad with turkey and ham, crackers, banana

Thursday: Smothered chicken breast, au gratin potatoes, peas and pearl onions, bread, angel food cake

Friday: Cook's choice

Meals at the Center are served with choice of 2 percent milk, buttermilk, orange juice, coffee or tea. Diabetic desserts are available.
