SILOAM SPRINGS — Mary Lou Hook, 79, of Siloam Springs, died Nov. 28, 2017, at Siloam Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation in Siloam Springs.

She was born Sept. 27, 1938, in Decatur, to Russell Hook and Lena Mae Dill Hook. She lived all of her life in Decatur and Siloam Springs. She attended Decatur United Methodist Church in Decatur.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell Hook and Lena Rose; and one brother, Bobby Dill.

She is survived by two brothers, Vernon Hook and wife Jean Rae of Noel, Mo., and Ray Dean Hook and wife Joyce of Rogers; and one sister, Irene Barnes and husband Earl of Hutchinson, Kan.

Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 2, at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, with Bill Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at Falling Springs Cemetery near Decatur. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, Dec. 1, at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs.
